2022 K.Schulten KS 180 Glazing Robot

The most compact glazing robot in our extensive range, the KS 180 has a dual-circuit vacuum lifter and a small working footprint. This makes it ideal for working in confined areas such as shopping centres, offices, shop fronts, and anywhere where access is restricted.

With the KS 180’s compact frame, you can easily transport this glazing robot in a typical work van to the site. The 180kg maximum capacity and powered boom make installing various glazing sizes quick, easy, and safe.

Four heavy-duty wheels make moving loads over flat surfaces smooth. The wheels can also be extended up to 100mm on either side to increase stability. The multi-positional arms on the vacuum lifter allow the installation of different glazing sizes and the head is able to be manually slewed 90˚ left and right and power tilted up and down for easy positioning.

With a maximum working height of just over 2m, operators can easily install glass in places such as hotels, airports & hospitals internally or even do inside-out glazing, all assisted by the included cable remote control.
