Oscar 800 Offroad Glazing Robot

The OSCAR 800 Offroad is a glass-lifting robot capable of lifting up to 800kg. It can also handle non-porous plastic boards and ceramic plates, facilitating easy handling and installation. Equipped with all-terrain tyres, the OSCAR 800 Offroad is designed to operate effectively in areas with restricted access and challenging ground conditions.

Featuring a hydraulically powered robotic arm that extends up to 2500mm, the OSCAR 800 Offroad Glazing Robot ensures precise installation thanks to its movable head. The head can rotate 135° left and right, tilt 90° up and down, and slew 90° left and right.

For enhanced stability when transporting and lifting loads, the OSCAR 800 Offroad Robot is fitted with wheeled stabilisers. A radio remote control allows operators to choose their proximity to the glass during installation, whether closer or at a safer distance, depending on the requirements.
