Clad-King Intelli-Grip

The Clad-King Intelli-Grip is a highly adaptable vacuum cladding lifter designed to support the safe installation of industrial roofing and wall panels across a wide range of construction applications. Widely used throughout the cladding industry, this versatile lifting solution is suitable for handling horizontal, vertical, and roofing panels up to 14 m in length.

Engineered for compatibility with numerous composite cladding systems, the Clad-King can be configured to suit various panel profiles from manufacturers such as Rockspan, Paroc, Isocab, and Kingspan KS1000 series panels. Its adjustable frame design allows vacuum pads to be repositioned quickly to accommodate differing panel layouts and dimensions.

To assist with efficient on-site handling, the Clad-King features a 90° gas-strut-assisted tilt system, enabling operators to transition panels smoothly from the storage stack into the installation position. This helps improve installation speed while maintaining safe and controlled panel handling throughout the lifting process.
