Sky Robot 1500

The used Sky Robot 1500 is a powerful, fully battery-powered boom-lift glazing robot designed for high-level glass installation. Its 360° continuously rotating base provides a working height of up to 26.16m with 1,200kg loads, while glazing units weighing up to 1,500kg can be handled at heights of up to 21.93m.

Powered by a rechargeable 80V 520Ah lithium battery, the Sky Robot 1500 operates with low noise and zero exhaust emissions, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor projects.

Its fully articulating 3D head offers 360° rotation, tilting through 90° upwards and 30° downwards, and 80° slewing to either side*. Combined with 200mm vertical and horizontal side shift, this provides the fine control required for millimetre-precise positioning and installation.

The integrated vacuum lifter features extendable arms and eight independently positioned suction cups operating on a dual-circuit system. This adaptable configuration allows glass units of various sizes to be lifted, positioned and installed securely.

Low-marking tyres make the machine well suited to sensitive flooring in shopping centres, warehouses, factories and other finished environments. All functions are operated using an easy-to-use radio remote control, allowing the operator to maintain a clear view of the load throughout installation.

With a travel speed of up to 6km/h, a compact 3.22m turning radius and the ability to traverse slopes of up to 3°, the used Sky Robot 1500 combines exceptional lifting capacity and reach with precise, manoeuvrable operation.
