Oscar 600 Glazing Robot

The Oscar 600 glazing robot offers a compact and versatile solution for lifting, transporting and positioning glass panels and glazing elements weighing up to 600kg. Featuring a dual-circuit vacuum system, this machine allows a single operator to carry out lifting and installation tasks that would otherwise require multiple personnel.

With a narrow chassis measuring just 780mm wide, the Oscar 600 is ideally suited to working in confined spaces and accessing areas where larger glazing robots may struggle. Its solid rubber wheels and intuitive steering wheel controls provide excellent manoeuvrability, while six vacuum suction pads ensure secure handling of glass, metal panels, windows and doors.

The telescopic lifting arm provides a maximum reach of 1445mm with a lifting capacity of 300kg at full extension. Precision controls allow for accurate raising, lowering and positioning of loads, while the articulated arm makes it possible to retrieve glass panels from storage racks and other restricted areas.



Additional features include compact stabilisers for increased stability when handling heavier loads and an electric side-shift function for precise lateral adjustments during installation.
