2015 Oscar 600

This Oscar 600 glazing robot uses a dual-circuit vacuum system to safely lift and position glass panels and other smooth materials weighing up to 600kg.

With a compact 780mm frame width and solid rubber wheels, it can be steered easily through tight access points using the controls on the steering column. The machine is fitted with six suction pads suitable for glass, metal, and window or door components.

The telescopic arm offers a 1445mm reach and can handle up to 300kg at full extension. Its responsive controls allow smooth lifting and lowering, and the articulated joint makes it possible to pick items directly from racks or shelves. Additional features include compact stabilisers for steady handling and an electric side-shift function for accurate placement during installation.
